SimulateComplete is intended for anyone who needs sheet metal press tool process design, but does not have access to worldclass forming simulation technology. SimulateComplete allows anyone to design and develop a successful forming process starting from just the product design geometry. The product design geometry is turned in to die face geometry and used in simulation to develop a forming process. This is a completely online and contracted service, using StampingSimulation.com's software and resources. How SimulateComplete works | Product Design Geometry supplied | Forming Process developed | Process proven using Simulation + data outputs provided in IGS format | Step 1 The customer has product design geometry only. The part data is uploaded to StampingSimulation.com along with some key input parameters. The customer specifies which results are required for output. Step 2 Based on the customers inputs in "Step 1", StampingSimulation.com designs and develops a possible forming process. Step 3 The proposed process is simulated using worldclass AutoForm forming simulation software. If the initial process is unsuccessful, StampingSimulation.com redesigns and develops a process with the customer, until the part can be formed successfully. Note that to find a successful process, part design changes may be required. Learn more: What data do I need to provide, and what outputs can I expect back?
