Such information is collected and used to verify the Customer’s identity and eligibility to receive certain Products and Services, to process orders, to communicate with the Customer; and may be disclosed to AutoForm for marketing purposes subject to the Customer’s consent. AutoForm or StampingSimulation.com may provide the Customer with information about suitable Products and Services. The Customer may notify StampingSimulation.com that it does not wish to receive such information in the future.

1.1.3 Collecting Customer Information from orders, applications, forms, agreements or other communication directed by the Customer to StampingSimulation.com and using it e.g. to make improvements to Services, for statistical analysis of user behaviour, market research, Product development, content improvement and marketing purposes.

• It is a precondition to the use of the Sites, Products and Services that the Customer agree to and consents to such collection, disclosure and use of Customer Information by StampingSimulation.com or by its authorized StampingSimulation.com partner AutoForm Engineering GmbH, anywhere they do business.

2 Right of Review, Correction

2.1 Upon request, StampingSimulation.com will at any time grant Customer access to its or its authorized StampingSimulation.com partner’s collected Customer Information and Customer is entitled to ask for correction or deletion of any part of the Customer Information. 3 Security of data transfer

All transactions in connection with EasyBlank are transmitted encrypted.

4 Protection, Processing and Handling of Personal Data
